Skills required

• Bachelor or master’s degree in a scientific discipline; different or a lower level of education will be evaluated according to a real and proven working experience in a similar role
• 3-5 years of experience in formulation and/or color matching in a cosmetic company;
• Knowledge of English will be a preferential requisite

Reporting to the Industrialization Manager the job holder will be accountable for:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To support Industrialization Manager in case of pre-feasibility study of project/process (risk evaluation)
• To perform feasibility trials of new process/technology, in cooperation with R&D and Innovation Dept.
• To lead the technical transfer of productions/technology among Chromavis production sites.
• To plan and perform industrial trials for feasibility verification, by providing feedback to Industrialization Manager. The resource must be able to use the equipment/tooling related to anhydrous/emulsions (filling machines, soft mold machines)
• To create technical reports and adjust or implement the draft documentation as the result of industrial trials.
• To support Industrialization Team during customer brief risk assessment.
• To identify and anticipate technical limits for each txt/technology
• Interfacing with external suppliers involved in the various project activities, to ensure compliance with established methods and times.

-study the feasibility of projects (process and formulation) by supporting Industrialization Bulk Manager for the pre-assessment phase.

Based in the US and reporting directly to the US Sales Director, he/she will supervise and control one or more Project Managers and will be accountable for the following:

• Client interactions, managing regular standing meetings and visits to key clients
