• Develop innovative make-up formulations ensuring regulatory compliance and product stability

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager he/she will be accountable for the following:

• To be responsible for the management of all activities related to reorders of products starting from order entry on time and complete with information required to execute properly

Responsabilità

• Assicurare la continua efficienza, funzionalità e sicurezza di impianti, macchine e attrezzature delle linee di produzione, rispondendo della corretta esecuzione dei lavori affidatigli, nel rispetto delle GMPs;
• eseguire gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva (programmata) e straordinaria degli impianti e macchinari di propria competenza, tenendo conto della pianificazione delle manutenzioni e dell’impatto sulla produzione, nel rispetto delle GMPs;
• garantire il pronto intervento in caso di guasti o anomalie dei macchinari delle linee di produzione, con l'obiettivo di ridurre al minimo i tempi di fermo macchina;
• controllare e assicurare la continua efficienza dei dispositivi di sicurezza e di allarme negli impianti e macchinari di competenza, con l'obiettivo di evitare infortuni e danni ai lavoratori, alle macchine e agli impianti.

Il Production Operator riporta gerarchicamente al Caporeparto e/o al Capoturno e svolge i seguenti compiti:  

• seguire la realizzazione delle diverse fasi di lavorazione del proprio reparto produttivo utilizzando macchinari specifici;
• eseguire operazioni preliminari al ciclo produttivo quali movimentazione di materie prime, preparazione linee.
• effettuare i controlli routinari sul processo di lavorazione e sui parametri previsti (temperatura, pressione, tempi ecc.)
• effettuare il lavaggio e la sanitizzazione degli ambienti e delle apparecchiature
• condurre l’impianto di produzione specifico secondo il programma di produzione definito e svolgere le operazioni necessarie al corretto funzionamento dell’impianto, attuando talvolta anche piccoli interventi manutentivi
• provvedere alla verifica e alla registrazione dei dati riscontrati conformemente alle procedure
• compilare la documentazione prevista riportando i risultati ottenuti
• individuare e segnalare tempestivamente al superiore diretto difformità di processo e/o guasti o anomalie durante l’esercizio degli impianti.
• informare tempestivamente il superiore in caso di non conformità qualitative e operative nel quadro delle consegne ricevute.
• operare diligentemente nel rispetto di tutte le norme di sicurezza sul lavoro e GMP e segnalare ogni problematica al superiore diretto
