Il/la candidato/a ideale avrà il compito di eseguire interventi di manutenzione su impianti e meccanici, effettuare le regolazioni e le messe a punto per assicurarne il corretto funzionamento.

Riportando gerarchicamente al Maintenance Manager il/la candidato/a avrà la responsabilità di:

  • Effettuare tramite l’ausilio della strumentazione necessaria i test diagnostici che permettono di valutare lo stato operativo della macchina o dell’impianto.
  • Organizzare le diverse fasi di lavoro e la relativa ottimizzazione in collaborazione con le altre aree del team Engineering & Security
  • Comprendere gli schemi meccanici per gestire il funzionamento dei diversi macchinari
  • Riconoscere le principali anomalie meccaniche dei macchinari e degli impianti e valutarne lo stato di salute.
  • Eseguire fermi macchina per permettere interventi meccanici/elettrici di varia complessità e revisioni complete
  • Assistere gli operatori di macchina nella messa a punto meccanica di macchinari e impianti.
  • Aggiornare puntualmente il libretto di manutenzione e le schede tecniche di macchinari ed impianti

Competenze richieste:

  • Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore a indirizzo tecnico; titoli di studio inferiori dovranno essere corredati da esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo
  • Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in analoga mansione con provenienza dai settori cosmetico, alimentare, farmaceutico, chimico, elettronico - costruzione macchine automatiche.

WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Il profilo ricercato verrà inserito nei magazzini siti presso il nostro stabilimento di Offanengo e avrà il compito di gestire il processo di ingresso, allestimento e consegna delle merci in/out dall'azienda come previsto dalle procedure e dalle istruzioni aziendali.

Il Warehouse Operator riporta gerarchicamente al Logistic Manager e svolge i seguenti compiti:  

  • Ricevere, accettare, identificare ed immagazzinare i prodotti consegnati da altre funzioni aziendali e/o aziende esterne, secondo i criteri di gestione del prodotto definiti dalla policy aziendale.
  • Effettuare il prelievo da magazzino e l’allestimento della merce per effettuare il trasferimento/ spedizione (interno o esterno)
  • Effettuare i movimenti contabili e fiscali necessari per la movimentazione della merce.
  • Effettuare le registrazioni necessarie per le esigenze fiscali.
  • Produrre documenti contabili e fiscali necessari per la movimentazione della merce.
  • Provvedere, quando necessario, al trasferimento delle merci con l’ausilio dei mezzi aziendali.
  • Mantenere il proprio posto di lavoro ed i beni aziendali affidati nelle condizioni necessarie all’attività aziendale

Production Operator

Il profilo ricercato verrà inserito nei nostri reparti produttivi presso il nostro stabilimento di Offanengo e avrà il compito di effettuare operazioni di conduzione di macchinari o di eseguire attività di produzione manuale e non, secondo le istruzioni ricevute e nel rispetto delle procedure standard, delle norme di sicurezza e GMP.

Il Production Operator riporta gerarchicamente al Caporeparto e/o al Capoturno e svolge i seguenti compiti:  

  • seguire la realizzazione delle diverse fasi di lavorazione del proprio reparto produttivo utilizzando macchinari specifici;
  • eseguire operazioni preliminari al ciclo produttivo quali movimentazione di materie prime, preparazione linee.
  • effettuare i controlli routinari sul processo di lavorazione e sui parametri previsti (temperatura, pressione, tempi ecc.)
  • effettuare il lavaggio e la sanitizzazione degli ambienti e delle apparecchiature
  • condurre l’impianto di produzione specifico secondo il programma di produzione definito e svolgere le operazioni necessarie al corretto funzionamento dell’impianto, attuando talvolta anche piccoli interventi manutentivi
  • provvedere alla verifica e alla registrazione dei dati riscontrati conformemente alle procedure
  • compilare la documentazione prevista riportando i risultati ottenuti
  • individuare e segnalare tempestivamente al superiore diretto difformità di processo e/o guasti o anomalie durante l’esercizio degli impianti.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring evaluation and preparation of transfer of products from laboratory to production with success.

Reporting to R&D Tech Transfer manager the job holder will be accountable for:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To prepare industrial feasibility during formula development: to anticipate and identify key points / bottlenecks during the development steps to underline them for scale-up. To cooperate with Industrialization and R&D Formulation teams to ensure success in development. To assist in the resolution of manufacturing issues as applicable.
  • To define & run robustness tests to challenge formulas parameters & process to identify the limit of the formula
  • To support, propose solutions & give guidelines to Industrialization & Production during 1st pilot batch and 1st industrial batch success, either on local site or other Chromavis / Fareva production sites.
  • To prepare Robustness tests results report before Production
  • To liaise with R&D Project Coordinator, R&D Manager, Industrialization, Production & Quality to prepare for 1st production and share technical inputs
  • To liaise with Production to understand machine & vessels constraints and circle back with Formulation team to anticipate industrial feasibility.
  • To participate to validation of 1st production batch and propose action plan in case of failure.
  • In case of cross boarder industrialization, to assess the formula and link with local development lab to ensure tech transfer activity: run lab trials with local & homologated raw materials to be used in Production and validate equivalence of lab results before proceeding to robustness qualification.

  • Batchelor or master’s degree in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical fields; different or a lower level of education will be evaluated according to a real and proven working experience in a similar role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making formulation trials, measuring physic-chemical parameters, and for developing cosmetic products at laboratory scale, answering customer briefs (internal and external) and respecting lead-times & costs.

Reporting to the R&D Formulation Manager in charge for the product area Anhydrous / Emulsions, the job holder will be accountable for:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To develop new formulas (all galenics, textures and shades) and to participate in improvement of existing range of products: to make new lab trials, to make substitution lab trials to improve standard portfolio;
  • To perform color matching trials
  • To accurately perform each step of an established protocol
  • To execute under supervision development of formulation trials during development phase
  • To communicate with Raw Materials suppliers for any samples and data requests to ensure availability of raw materials to perform development trials.
  • Under supervision, to evaluate and characterize quality of the products: sensory analysis, physic-chemical analysis (pH, viscosity, density, rheology...);
  • Under supervision to set up and to prepare stability tests to perform;
